Configuring POP access for your email account is very similar to configuring POP access in Gmail. Here's what you need to know:

Any time you're asked for your username during the configuration process, you'll need to enter your full email address (username@your_domain.com).
The incoming server is still pop.gmail.com or pop.googlemail.com, and outgoing server is smtp.gmail.com or smtp.googlemail.com.

The process could not enumerate changes at the Subscriber.

The error "The process could not enumerate changes at the Subscriber", can mean a lot of things. But if you look on the details of this error on your enterprise manager you will notice that it says something like this:

General netowork error. Check your network documentation.

Yes, there is probably a network connection problem on the other end or the subscriber server is offline.
