Subject: Testing of Contingency Plan
Pursuant to the written directive of the Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation of the great State of Maryland, we have scheduled for December 6, 2006, a test of our CONTINGENCY PLAN that becomes operational when our company is confronted with circumstances beyond our control such as stoppage of operation due to acts of terrorism, severe weather disturbances and other events considered to be force majeure.
In this connection please find attached herewith the procedures that you will follow.
